Do you create custom engagement rings?
Yes. We create bespoke engagement rings in solid gold using certified lab grown or natural diamonds, tailored to your preferences and budget.

Can I design my own piece?
Absolutely. We work closely with clients to create custom necklaces, rings, bracelets and earrings inspired by your ideas, references or existing jewellery.
Do you offer lab grown diamonds?
Yes. We offer both certified lab grown and natural diamonds for custom pieces and engagement rings.
Lab grown diamonds are real diamonds with the same physical and visual properties as mined diamonds.
Can I use my own diamonds or gemstones?
Yes ~ we understand the sentimental value of your stones and we are happy to work with client-provided stones where suitable.
Can I provide my own gold or metal?
We do not work with client-provided metals. All Thor custom pieces are crafted using our own solid gold materials.
Do you redesign heirloom jewellery?
The process begins with a consultation to discuss your ideas, stones, references and budget.
From there, we guide you through design development, stone selection and CAD renderings before your piece moves into production.
Will I receive a CAD design before production?
Yes. CAD renderings are provided for approval before production begins on most custom pieces.
How long does a custom piece take?
Most bespoke pieces take approximately 3–6 weeks depending on the complexity of the design.
Timelines for engagement rings and larger projects may vary slightly. We will keep you involved and informed throughout the process.
Can you help if I’m unsure where to start?
Of course. Many clients come to us with only a loose idea or inspiration image. We’ll guide you through the process and help refine the design into something personal and wearable.
