Gifting & Special Requests
Can I send a piece as a gift?
Yes, and she’ll love you for it. Every order comes beautifully packaged and ready to gift. You can add a note at checkout or email us to include something more personal.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Our digital gift cards are sent by email and make a perfect last-minute gift (or wishlist hint).
Can I include a personal message?
Absolutely. We believe jewellery should carry emotion. Add your message at checkout or email us and we’ll handwrite it for you.
Can I delay shipping for a special date?
Yes. Just leave a note at checkout or contact us after you order, and we’ll hold or dispatch on a specific date.

What materials do you use?
The majority of our pieces are crafted from solid 9ct gold. These are designed to be worn daily and treasured forever.
We also offer a select few styles in 9ct gold-plated sterling silver, clearly noted on each product page. These pieces give you the look and feel of Thor, at a slightly more accessible price point.
Can I customise a piece or design something unique?
Yes. From remodeling heirlooms to engagement rings or bespoke designs, we offer custom jewellery tailored to your story.

Do you offer engraving?
Some of our pieces are engraving-friendly ~ reach out before ordering and we’ll guide you through your options
Where are your pieces made?
Every piece is handcrafted or carefully finished in Cape Town, South Africa. We design intentionally, craft consciously, and ship with love.
Are your stones ethically sourced?
Yes. We work with trusted suppliers and use certified diamonds and select gemstones sourced responsibly.
Orders, Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take?
Ready-to-ship items: 2–4 working days
Made-to-order or custom: 2–3 weeks for creation
We’ll send tracking info as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — shipping is free nationwide within South Africa, always.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, but we’re working on it. For custom international orders, email us and we’ll see what we can do.
I need something urgently — can you help?
Sometimes, yes! Email us with your timeline and we’ll confirm what’s possible. We do our best to make your moments magical.
Returns, Repairs & Warranty
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 48 hours of delivery, but only for manufacturing faults. Because each piece is made to order, we can’t offer returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
What if something breaks or needs resizing?
All our pieces come with a 6-month warranty for manufacturing defects. For damage due to wear or resizing requests, contact us — we’ll guide you on the next best step.

How should I care for my Thor jewellery?
- Store your jewellery separately to avoid scratches.
- Clean gently with warm water + mild soap.
- Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive surfaces.
- Remove during exercise or swimming
