Every Thor piece is handcrafted or carefully finished in Cape Town, South Africa.

Ordering & Timelines
Made to Order
Many of our pieces are made to order and crafted specifically for you once purchased.
Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production unless your piece is marked ready to ship.
Shipping
We offer complimentary nationwide shipping within South Africa within 2-4 working days.

Care & Wear
Caring for Your Jewellery
To preserve your piece:
- Store jewellery separately to minimise scratching
- Clean gently with warm water and mild soap
- Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive surfaces
- Remove pieces before swimming, showering or exercising
Returns & Repairs
Return policy
We accept returns within 48 hours of delivery, but only due to manufacturing faults. Because each piece is made to order, we can't offer returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
Repairs or resizing
All our pieces come with a 6 month warranty for manufacturing defects. For damage due to wear or resizing requests, contact us and we will guide you on the next best step.
