Each Thor piece is crafted with care and intention. That means your order isn’t just shipped  ~  it’s prepared to be part of your story.

Here’s what to expect:

• Ready-to-ship items: 2–4 working days lead time
• Made-to-order & custom jewellery: Please allow 2–3 weeks for craftsmanship
• Courier (South Africa): All pieces ship from Cape Town with local courier tracking

Returns

We want you to feel golden ~ every time. 

Returns:

We accept returns within 48 hours of receipt of your jewellery due to a manufacturing fault. We can not take responsibility for damage due to neglect. 

Warranty:

All 9ct gold jewellery comes with a 6-month warranty
