We accept returns within 48 hours of receipt of your jewellery due to manufacturing fault. We can not take responsibility for damage due to neglect. 

We provide a 6 month warranty on all 9ct jewellery 

Wearing your jewellery

~ Remove your jewellery when swimming or bathing

~ Due to the delicate nature please handle with care and avoid using extreme pressure when putting on, wearing or removing your jewellery

~ Avoid spraying perfume, lotions, sanitizer and sunscreens while wearing your jewellery

~ We advise jewellery set with diamonds or gemstones to be checked and cleaned annually 

Cleaning your jewellery 

~ We recommend using a soft cloth for cleaning sterling silver jewellery to remove any dirt

~ We recommend using warm water, mild soap and a gentle brush for cleaning gold jewellery

~ We do offer one free plating within 6 months of purchase so please get in touch 

Storing your jewellery 

~ Best to store your jewellery separately in your Thor jewellery box
